What went well and what could have improved?

I think all of the acting went really well and we got the main message which was to make it like a film noir (black and white). However I think we need to work the camera angles sometimes so it doesn't look dodgy, and we need to improve the sound audio so that when an actor is speaking the audience can hear the conversation clearly.



In our film we did used music in the background softly but I've learnt that it didn't really fit in all of the scenes, so the actual one we are going to make sure that each sound track and music in the background fits nicely into each scenes. And maybe we can use the right sound track to create tension and suspense, so that it emphasises the dramatic scenes.

As a group we'v learnt that, we can be more creative with our noir film by, using lighting to create tension and effects, maybe next time use a tripod when filming and microphones so that the audience can hear what"s really going on. We also need to include the 180 degrees rules next time when we do the real one.

I've found that our group, we weren't really careful with our props and where they would be lying around so, next time we need to check the space before we film, and avoid that kind of mistake.

What I really liked was the opening scene when we used the tracking shot, following the feet of the character (Juliet). But it would have been better if we used more different camera shots and the angles.
