What are Camera shots?

Camera shots is the amount of space that is seen in one shot or frame. They are used to demonstrate different aspects of a film's setting or a background, characters themes. Therefore Camera shots are very important in shaping the meaning in a film. This can also be known as establishing shots.

There are different types of Camera shots for example, The Medium shot, The close up shot, The Long shot, The Dutch angle, The Low angle, The High angle, The Extreme  Close up shot and the Over The Shoulder shot. 

What is the difference between Camera angles and Shots

Camera shots are used to demonstrate different aspects of setting themes and characters. Camera angles are used to position The viewer (Audiences) so that they understand the relationship between characters and how they interact with each other. Camera angles are taken from different aspects. 

Why is Camera angles important in films? 

Camera angles is important in films because, how you put the camera makes a big impact on what the picture tells the audience. The angles of a shot can dramatically affect how we perceive the characters. The director in the film chooses what angles and shot that they want to used.
