Over the Christmas holidays, I went back home to Thailand. And because my documentary is going to be related to fashion/cultural influence, I went around different stores and took some photos of the clothes. Here is an example of how a Traditional Thai dress look like, this is what people wore in the past and as you can see it is all about the little details and gold is often used as a final touch of accessories.
And on the right side, this is more of a "Modern looking" clothes, as you can tell they still kept the style and the thai patterns, however the structure and the form is changed. Also the colors are more vibrant and there is usually very little or no gold inccorporated on this dress since it would be very expensive nowadays .
