Planning of the opening scene for film noir

Our ideas to the film noir is that, we would like to have a twist to the film by using the steroetype representation of a woman to be a more dominant character than the male.
she a young blonde woman who lives in England busy streets and her name is called "Juliet Kingsman". She owns a famous, well known bar set in old town where a lot of people come when the night falls. She has a loving husband called "John Kingsman" he work as a lawyer and always comes home earlier than Juliet and does all the house chores.

Juliet is the type of woman you would first see and think that, she's a typical small dumb, blonde  woman,  who's incapable to do anything at all, but actually she is fierce, strong and works hard to maintain her business and she always have a way round of getting what she wants.

John is a tall, smart,  handsome looking young lad, he cares about Juliet and loves her very much although sometimes they argue because of how late Juliet comes back at night.
